
Attorney Shannon N. Davis is the Founder and Managing Attorney at the Law Office of Shannon N.Davis, P.A. Attorney Davis’s affinity for advocacy and the protection of rights and interests led her to obtain a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, in Orlando, Florida. In 2012, she formally established The Law Office of Shannon N. Davis, P.A., in the Central Florida, and though she has gained experience in a plethora of practice areas, she focuses the firm practices on Business Law, Real Estate Law, and Entertainment Law.
In her practice, Attorney Davis works extensively in matters involving entity selection and formation, liability protection, contractul relationships, non profit organization, employment relations, complex business affairs, commercial and residential real estate contracts and transactions, title issues, property management, and intellectual property protection. She has also facilitated and participated in several seminars and workshops dedictaed to the success and longevity of business entities varying in size, goods, and services, real estate purchasers, sellers, developers, and professionals, and entertainment industry professionals.
Attorney Davis is admitted to practice in all state courts of the State of Florida, as well as the Middle and Southern District courts of the State of Florida, including Florida’s Bankruptcy Courts in the Middle and Southern Districts. She is also well versed in the policies and procedures of the Complex Business Litigation Court in the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. Her goal in the practice of law is to educate, empower, enable, and equip her clients to maximize their voices by giving volume to their legal interests and navigating wisely through said matters. As an artist, educator, entrepreneur, attorney, and counselor, Attorney Davis is a uniquely positioned conduit, giving volume to the unheard interests of her clients.
IN REAL LIFE
Attorney Davis has a gift and passion for music and art. She attended Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, obtained a Bachelor of Arts in voice, and has even been a teacher. She continues to pursue that passion, singing when invited to events, local and abroad, participating in open mic events and poetry slams, and finding ways to integrate art in her everyday living.
